Staff was exceptional, can't name them all but from concierge, front desk, restaurant staff, pool, housekeeping and the various F&B outlet staff - genuine, always with a smile and nothing is too much of an issue. The resort was what we, the family wanted. somewhere to relax and enjoy. We stayed in the Tanjung wing and the sunset was spectacular. My husband and I were in the deluxe sea view suite, and we would highly recommend. What we did like was that there was a kid friendly pool area and an adult pool area which suited us perfectly.

Room - bed is comfy, quiet room, airon is auto on/off when we close/open the glass door, this is very thoughful. Pool - this is the reason we come here, kids enjoy the facility very much, this time the kids have chance to join the treasure hunt organised in the hotel area, staff is incredible friendly and polite to guest.

We wanted for nothing and the customer service from all staff was outstanding. Thankyou. The food selection at buffet breakfast was huge and delicious. We sampled a smaller poolside restaurant twice & had excellent food & service. Thank you Jennifer. We also tried the Ramadam dinner which was excellent too.
